Amey is recruiting a Graduate Structural Engineer for our Bridges and Civil Structures team in Perth, UK. The role focuses on delivering challenging projects across the UK and internationally, with mentoring from industry experts and hands-on experience from day one.

You will be involved in investigations, optioneering, feasibility, detailed design, construction supervision and asset management for bridges and civil structures, developing practical, sustainable solutions and contributing to data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Civil or Structural Engineering – (Minimum Grade 2:1)
• An interest in bridges / civil structures
• A commitment to sustainable development.

Responsibilities

• Be part of an experienced team, working on some of the most exciting and challenging projects across the UK and internationally.
• Help develop practical, sustainable solutions for bridges and civil structures; from investigation to optioneering, feasibility, concept and detailed design, construction supervision and asset management.
• Undertake structural analysis, design and assessment calculations.
• Develop carbon and cost estimates, 3D models, drawings and technical documents.
• Assist with bridge inspections, investigations, structural health monitoring, and supervision of works
• Contribute to the development and implementation of world-class data, analytics and digital technology solutions.
