Job summary

AECOM, a global infrastructure firm, is looking for ambitious Civil & Structural Engineering graduates to join its Bridges and Structures teams. You will work on projects from concept through implementation for local, national, and international clients, focusing on delivering technically challenging results.

Graduates will gain experience across design, assessment, and renewal works, with mobility between projects and opportunities toward chartership, supported by a strong graduate development

Qualifications

• BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering with 2:1 or above
• MEng or MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering would be an advantage
• Chartership with ICE or IStructE encouraged as progression toward chartership
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Design and assess structural components for bridges and structures
• Perform bridge assessments and finite element analysis
• Contribute to structural renewal feasibility studies
• Supervise on-site works and oversee schemes
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across UK & international projects
• Support delivery of projects from inception to completion

Education

BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering

MEng or MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering

Chartership with ICE or IStructE (progress towards)

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
