Job summary

AECOM is seeking ambitious Civil & Structural Engineering graduates to join our Bridges and Structures teams. You will work on projects from concept design to implementation for local, national, and international clients, delivering technically challenging solutions.

Graduates will contribute to design, assessment and renewal studies, with the potential to work across UK and international offices, supported by a robust graduate development programme.

Qualifications

• Proven understanding of civil & structural engineering principles.
• Demonstrable interest in Bridge Structures Engineering and developing a career in this industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively to clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to structure and prioritise work with the team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Structural Design for bridges and related structures.
• Bridge Assessment and renewal feasibility studies.
• Finite Elements Analysis and structural inspections.
• On-site works supervision and scheme management.

Education

BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering (2:1 or above)

MEng or MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering (advantage)

Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
