Interpath is seeking an Associate for its Belfast restructuring practice to work on restructuring and advisory engagements, including formal insolvency appointments. You will gain exposure across service lines and work with a national team on high-profile UK cases.

Develop reports, participate in due diligence, and assist with business development while pursuing the Chartered Accountants Ireland Accounting Qualification and building your professional credentials within a growing firm.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of a 2.1 University degree is required.
• Chartered Accountant Ireland Accounting Qualification to be completed during Graduate Associate contract.
• Interpath considers technical background, achievements, and cultural fit in candidate evaluation.

• Draft reports for presentation to company management and stakeholders.
• Prepare marketing material and due diligence packs for business sales processes.
• Assist with trading and wind down of operations in formal insolvency appointments.
• Interact with appointees, directors, creditors, employees and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and Interpath best practice requirements.
• Develop and grow the practice through business development and networking.
• Participate in personal development with senior team members.
