Job summary

Interpath Advisory is seeking an Associate to join our national restructuring advisory team. You will work across restructuring advisory and insolvency casework, supporting businesses in financial distress and helping them find sustainable paths forward.

You will collaborate with a large team of professionals, engaging with directors, creditors and employees during difficult transitions, contributing to high-quality assignments while developing your career in a leading UK practice.

Qualifications

• 2:1 university degree required.
• ACA, CPI or JIEB qualifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative advisory: assist in drafting key stakeholder reports and marketing materials for business sales, due diligence and turnaround plans.
• Stakeholder communication: interact with directors, creditors and employees during transitions.
• Project delivery: support insolvency assignments ensuring quality and statutory compliance.
• Networking: grow professional network and participate in firm events.
