Job summary

Interpath Advisory is a leading financial advisory firm and UK-wide restructuring group seeking a Graduate Associate in its Restructuring team to develop through formal accountancy training. The role combines client-facing insolvency work with case management, reporting and asset realisation, reporting to managers and collaborating with legal and other professionals.

Based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, the role may require cross-office and on-site work across Scotland, with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Four Highers (or the equivalent) – B Grades or above, including Maths and English.
• A minimum 2:1 university degree is required.
• Previous experience or internships in financial or legal service is advantageous but not essential.
• Keen interest in financial and commercial matters, with drive and team spirit.
• Good time management and organisational skills, with ability to handle competing priorities.
• Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support on corporate insolvency engagements alongside Case Managers.
• Own a portfolio of cases with responsibility for statutory compliance and progression.
• Assist with identifying and realising assets and execution of asset realisation strategies.
• Produce high-standard correspondence and reports for creditors and stakeholders.
• Engage with colleagues and third-party agents and stakeholders to achieve case aims.
• Participate in business development events and related activities.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
