Job summary

Interpath Advisory is seeking an Associate to join our national restructuring team. You will work across restructuring advisory and insolvency casework, supporting distressed businesses and delivering high-quality, compliant assignments.

You’ll collaborate with a broad team of over 500 professionals to protect value and drive sustainable outcomes for UK businesses. Travel may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 University degree required.
• Options are available to progress with ACA, CPI and JIEB qualifications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative advisory: draft stakeholder reports and marketing materials for sales, due diligence and turnaround plans.
• Communicate empathetically with directors, creditors, and employees during transitions.
• Support delivery of insolvency assignments ensuring compliance and high-quality execution.
• Build professional network and participate in business development events.
