Job summary

Interpath Advisory in the United Kingdom is seeking a collaborative and dynamic Associate to join our national team. You will work across restructuring advisory and insolvency casework, supporting businesses in financial distress to find the right path forward while being part of a team of over 500 professionals.

Though aligned to a specific office, travel may be required. You will draft stakeholder reports, assist with due diligence and turnaround plans, and help develop client relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 University degree.
• Holistic review considers technical, written, and cultural fit.
• Ability to demonstrate potential and drive.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting stakeholder reports and marketing materials for sales, due diligence and turnaround plans.
• Communicate with directors, creditors, and employees during sensitive transitions.
• Support insolvency assignments with high standards of execution and compliance.
• Grow professional network and participate in business development events.
