Job summary

Interpath Advisory invites applications for a Graduate Associate in the Restructuring team. The role is based in Glasgow or Edinburgh with some travel to client sites across Scotland.

You will work alongside Case Managers on insolvency engagements, gaining exposure to statutory processes, asset realisation, and reporting for creditors and stakeholders in a busy, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Four Highers (or the equivalent) – B Grades or above, including Maths and English.
• A minimum 2:1 university degree is required.
• Previous experience or internships in financial or legal service is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work with Case Managers to support corporate insolvency engagements.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of cases, ensuring statutory compliance and proactive progression.
• Assist with asset realisation and preparing reports for creditors and stakeholders.
• Produce high-standard written work and communicate clearly with colleagues and external parties.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, directors, employees and creditors to achieve case aims.
