Marlborough College is seeking a Graduate Sports Assistant for an academic year. This role involves mentoring pupils, coaching sports, and supporting their welfare in a vibrant boarding school environment. The position includes accommodation and meals during term-time.

Marlborough’s vibrant community of Graduate Assistants plays an essential role in college life by supporting pupils through activities beyond the classroom. A key aspect of this role is to encourage and mentor pupils both on and off campus, ensuring their health, safety, and welfare are prioritized.
In addition to coaching sports in the afternoons and on match days, you will be an integral member of the Exercise & Sports Science department and will take a leading role in some lessons.
We seek Graduates who have a specialization relevant to sport/physical education or who have played sport at a high level. The ideal candidates will be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess a natural rapport with young people, along with a genuine interest in and commitment to their care and development.
