About The Role

We're looking for a friendly, helpful person to join the team in our Dursley branch. The role is central to the local community, supporting a diverse range of customers in a welcoming environment where every day is different.

This role suits someone comfortable with people, able to support them in a caring, friendly, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include finding solutions for customers, staying updated on services and policies, managing admin tasks, handling cash transactions accurately, and taking calls among other duties in our Customer Service area.
