Supporting our London & Southeast region as a Graduate Assistant Site Manager you will learn and develop the skills necessary to support the project in the co-ordination and control of the onsite construction process. As a Graduate Assistant Site Manager you will be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two-year structured training scheme. The programme is designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom-based learning and on the job training.
We will provide you with the support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership.
