Job summary

Aon is launching a Graduate Programme in Actuarial Consulting Pensions for 2027, offering structured development across client teams and exposure to pension schemes in the UK. Qualifications

• 2:1 degree in Maths, actuarial science or a highly numerical degree is expected.
• A-grade or above in Maths at A-level or Scottish Higher or international equivalent is required.
• Practical skills in Python, SQL, VBA or cloud platforms are optional but beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building models for pricing, reserving, profitability and pension scheme analysis.
• Support funding and accounting valuations, projections and data reconciliation.
• Analyze data and risk to help clients understand obligations and risk drivers.
• Identify ways to manage or reduce pension scheme risks for Trustees and sponsors.
• Draft reports, presentations and analysis summaries to support governance and decision-making.
