Job summary

Aon’s Graduate Programme in Actuarial Consulting Pensions invites soon-to-be and recent graduates to join a structured 10‑month Launch Development Program across UK locations. You will develop into an advisory actuary, learn to apply quantitative techniques, and progress toward IFoA qualifications while leveraging AI‑enabled workflows and offshore support to deliver client value.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in a maths/actuarial or highly numerical degree.
• Practical skills in Python, SQL, VBA or cloud platforms are encouraged (optional).
• Interest in actuarial consulting and analytics with strong numerical background.

Responsibilities

• Build and run models for pricing, reserving, profitability and pension scheme analysis.
• Review AI baselines, test scenarios and validate outputs against actuarial principles.
• Support funding and accounting valuations, projections, data reconciliation and pension reporting.
