Job summary

Aon is launching its Actuarial Consulting Pensions Graduate Programme for 2027 across UK locations, including Epsom, Glasgow, Leeds, and St Albans. You will join a structured 10-month Launch Programme combining meaningful work, learning and professional development while progressing toward IFoA qualifications.

You will work across client teams in pension schemes, develop technical and consulting skills, and gain hands-on experience with data, models and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• To have or be on track to achieve a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in a Maths, actuarial science, or other highly numerical degree
• To have achieved an A-grade or above in Maths A-level, A-grade in Maths Scottish Higher, or international equivalent
• Optional: practical skills in Python, SQL, VBA, or cloud platforms

Responsibilities

• Participate in Launch Programme and on-the-job learning to develop into a credentialed actuary
• Support clients by applying quantitative techniques to understand, price and manage financial risk
• Collaborate with offshore and AI-enabled workflows to streamline routine calculations while focusing on judgment and communication

Education

2:1 degree in Maths/actuarial or numerical degree

A-level Maths (A-grade) or international equivalent
