Job summary

Aon is launching Actuarial Consulting Pensions – Graduate Programme 2027 (Regional) in the United Kingdom. The programme begins on 8 March 2027 or 1 September 2027, with an application closing date of 7 December 2026.

Qualifications

• Requires a 2:1 degree in Maths, actuarial science or other numerical degree.
• A-level Maths at grade A or higher, or international equivalent.
• Optional knowledge of Python, SQL or VBA.

Responsibilities

• Build and run models for pricing, reserving, profitability and pension analysis.
• Support funding and accounting valuations, projections and pension reporting.
• Analyze data and risks to explain financial obligations to clients.
• Collaborate with trustees and sponsor companies to manage scheme risks.
