Job summary

Aon invites soon-to-be graduates to join its Actuarial Consulting Pensions 2027 Graduate programme across the UK, including Leeds. The Launch Development Program provides on–the–job learning to become credentialed actuaries, with support for exams, AI-enabled workflows and client-facing skills.

You will develop technical and consulting capabilities, joining teams advising trustees and sponsoring companies on defined benefit schemes, with structured progression through the programme.

Qualifications

• To have or be on track to achieve a 2:1 degree in Maths, actuarial science, or other highly numerical degree.
• A-grade or higher in Maths A-level or equivalent.
• Experience with Python, SQL, VBA or cloud platforms is optional but beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build and run models for pricing, reserving, profitability and pension scheme analysis.
• Review AI baselines, test scenarios and validate outputs.
• Support funding and accounting valuations and pension scheme reporting.
• Identify risk factors and communicate results to clients.
