Aon is launching its Actuarial Consulting Pensions – Graduate Programme 2027 in London. Start dates are 8th March 2027 or 1st September 2027, with an application closing date of 7th December 2026.

The programme develops in-house actuaries through the Launch Development Programme, combining on-the-job learning, exams, and client-facing experience across pension schemes. You will work with Wealth Solutions: Retirement teams, using AI-enabled tools and offshore workflows to deliver advisory

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 2:1 degree in maths, actuarial science or a highly numerical field.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with a problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to learn actuarial concepts and pursue professional exams.

Responsabilités

• Support pricing, reserving and pension scheme analysis across client projects.
• Assist with funding valuations, data reconciliation and reporting.
• Collaborate with offshore/workflow teams to optimise processes and output quality.
