Job summary

Aon invites you to join the Actuarial Consulting Pensions Summer Internship Programme 2027 across multiple regional locations, including Leeds. Starting 21 June 2027, this nine-week internship offers structured learning, hands-on actuarial exposure and the chance to explore a career in pensions and risk consulting.

You'll work with experienced consultants, develop quantitative, consulting and communication skills, and gain exposure to data analysis, client deliverables and AI-enabled workflows

Qualifications

• On track to achieve a 2:1 degree in maths, actuarial science, or other numerical degree.
• A-grade or above in Maths A-level (or international equivalent).
• To have or be looking to build practical skills in Python, SQL, VBA, or cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support actuarial consulting tasks across client teams and gain hands-on experience.
• Develop understanding of data, models, clients and strategy to bring value.
• Participation in classroom-based and on-the-job learning to build technical and consulting skills.
• Work across pension schemes analysis, funding valuations, and risk analysis as needed.
