Job summary

South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician with an interest in delivering high-quality training across pharmacy technical roles. You will work closely with the Lead Pharmacy Technician to plan, deliver and document local training relating to pharmacy operational activity.

Join our well-integrated clinical & technical team to deliver training, contribute to assessment and quality assurance, and support competency development for Level 2 and 3

Qualifications

Must be a GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician.
Experience in delivering pharmacy training is preferred.
Experience in assessment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Plan, deliver and document all local training relating to pharmacy operational activity.
Contribute to review and development of training packs; participate in end-point assessment.
Ensure a consistent and standardised approach to departmental training for technical staff; contribute to training of pharmacists and other staff.
Support management and development of pharmacy training programmes and promote safe working practises per SOPs.
Contribute to delivery of Level 2 & 3 qualifications through assessment and quality assurance.
