South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician with an interest in delivering high-quality training across pharmacy technical roles. You will work closely with the Lead Pharmacy Technician to plan, deliver and document local training relating to pharmacy operational activity.

You need to be a qualified Pharmacy Technician registered with the GPhC to apply for this post, with an interest in delivering high-quality training across pharmacy technical roles. You will work closely with the Lead Pharmacy Techncian to plan, deliver and document all local training relating to pharmacy operational activity. You will contribute to the review and development of training packs, and participate in end-point assessment., Responsible for ensuring a consistent and standardised approach to the delivery of departmental training for technical staff within the pharmacy department and also contributing to the training of pharmacists and other staff groups where required. Will support the management and development of pharmacy training programmes and promote safe working practises in line with standard operating procedures and Trust policies. Contribute to the delivery of Level 2 & 3 qualifications through assessment and quality assurance processes.
