Job summary

Operose Health Ltd. is seeking a GP with strong clinical governance experience to deliver high quality patient care within a GP surgery setting. You will work closely with clinical leads and practice staff to support the delivery of the surgery's operational plan.

The role requires GMC-registered practice with a focus on patient outcomes, QOF knowledge, and familiarity with SystmOne or EMISweb. A competitive salary and generous leave are offered.

• Deliver high quality clinical care to registered patients and support operational plans.
• Participate in clinical governance and audits to improve health outcomes and meet CQC standards.
• Provide medical services including triage, reviews, home visits, and on-call (excluding out of hours).
• Adhere to GMC standards with patient care as priority.
• Support development of surgery action plan and KPI targets with the site team.
