Job summary

Operose Health is seeking GP clinicians to deliver high quality primary care across local surgeries. You will provide comprehensive clinical care, participate in governance, and support the surgery plan to improve access and outcomes.

With flexible session patterns, you will work under GMC standards, contribute to QOF targets, and help develop a scalable service within a trusted NHS partner.

Qualifications

• GMC registration and NHS performers list active.
• GP accreditation with MRCGP or equivalent.
• Commitment to high quality, patient‑focused care.
• Sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs.
• Working knowledge of SystmOne or EMISweb.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clinical care to GP surgery patients.
• Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement.
• Provide care per job plan: in-person, video, triage, meds reviews, prescriptions.
• Adhere to GMC standards and prioritize patient care.
• Support development of the surgery action plan with leadership.
