Job summary

Operose Health is seeking a GP to deliver high-quality clinical care to patients at the GP surgery in Torquay. You will work with clinical leads to support the surgery's operational plan and participate in governance and audits to improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds GMC registration with NHS performers list and GP accreditation (MRCGP or equivalent), with knowledge of QOF/DES/CQUINs and clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb. On-site role with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• GMC registration and active NHS performers list.
• GP accreditation (MRCGP) or equivalent.
• Commitment to quality and patient-centred care.
• Knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and coding.
• Experience with SystmOne or EMISweb is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to registered patients and support the surgery’s operational plan.
• Participate in clinical governance and audit to improve health outcomes and QOF.
• Provide clinical care including consultations, triage, prescriptions, and on-call tasks (excluding out of hours).
• Adhere to GMC standards and prioritise patient care.
• Support development and review of the surgery action plan with the site lead.
