Operose Health delivers primary care at scale and seeks a GP for Sidley Medical Practice in Sussex. The role offers 4–8 sessions weekly with a salary up to £112,500 depending on experience, plus full indemnity cover and additional benefits.

You will work with the local team to provide high-quality care, participate in governance and audits, and support QOF targets. The post supports professional growth with visa assistance, SPIN fellowship, and trainer opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current GMC registration and NHS performers list.
• GP accreditation (MRCGP) or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to delivering quality, patient-focused services.
• Knowledge of QOF, DES, CQUINs; coding experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clinical care to patients in the GP surgery.
• Work with clinical leads to deliver the surgery operational plan.
• Participate in clinical governance, audits and QOF improvements.
• Adhere to GMC standards and prioritise patient care.
• Support development of the practice action plan and KPIs.
