Job summary

Menlo Park Recruitment is seeking a General Practitioner to move into clinical leadership at a long-established GP Training Practice on the South Devon coast. You will retain your patient list while guiding service development, with two dedicated leadership sessions within a seven-session week and a supportive senior GP team.

Qualifications

• Qualified GP with GMC registration and UK performers list.
• Experience in leadership and service development desirable.
• Ability to lead clinical governance and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead 7-session week with 5 clinical and 2 clinical lead sessions.
• Shape the development plan including list growth and patient satisfaction.
• Lead on clinical governance, audits and safeguarding.
• Manage own patient list with 15-minute appointments.
• Allocate admin time and support to become a GP Trainer/F2 supervisor.
