Operose Health Ltd in Torquay is seeking a General Practitioner Clinical Lead to deliver high-quality care at Chelston Hall Surgery. You will split time between clinical leadership and GP sessions, guiding the team to improve access, outcomes and patient experience.

The role requires GMC registration, NHS performers list, and GP accreditation (MRCGP or equivalent). You should be familiar with QOF, LCS, DES and capable with SystmOne or EMISweb.

Qualifications

• Current GMC registration and NHS performers list.
• GP accreditation (MRCGP or equivalent).
• Knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, and CQUINs; familiarity with SystmOne or EMISweb.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clinical care at the GP surgery and support operational plan.
• Contribute to clinical governance and quality improvements (QOF, CQC standards).
• Provide triage, consultations (in person or video), phone triage, reviews, and on-call duties as part of the total triage model.
