Job summary

Menlo Park Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Lead GP in South Norwood, South London. You will lead a salaried GP team within a triage-forward practice, supported by a Medical Director and a pharmacist-led team. The role emphasises meaningful clinical work and leadership development.

The role offers structured mentorship, a PMS contract aligned to BMA terms, and generous leave allowances. A strong emphasis on education and medical student support is highlighted.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified GP and registered with GMC.
• Demonstrated leadership in a clinical setting.
• Interest in diabetes, injections, or GP training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clinical sessions: 15 patient contacts per session.
• Duty sessions 1–2 times per week with triage leadership role.
• Provide clinical oversight and pastoral support for the GP team, ANPs, and pharmacists.
• First point of contact for clinical queries, reporting to Medical Director.
• Clear progression path toward Medical Director within the organisation.
