The Owl Centre Ltd is seeking a Governance Manager to lead and develop our integrated governance framework. You’ll oversee complaints, patient safety, incidents, risk management, regulatory compliance and CQC readiness, collaborating with clinical and operational teams to turn learning into improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience governance, quality, patient safety, risk or compliance in health or regulated service.
• Experience overseeing complaints, incidents, organisational risks and improvement actions.
• Knowledge of CQC regulation and Duty of Candour is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and embed The Owl’s governance framework with accurate records and auditable systems.
• Create reports, dashboards and assurance papers for committees and boards.
• Coordinate governance forums and track actions to drive improvements.
• Lead complaints management, ensuring timely, fair investigations and responses.
• Analyze data to identify themes and oversee improvement actions.
• Oversee incident reporting and learning under patient safety guidelines.
• Advise on Duty of Candour and ensure compliant communications with clients and families.
• Deliver the Risk Management Strategy and maintain risk registers with mitigations and escalation routes.
• Lead quality improvements with clinical teams using audits, feedback and inspections.
