The Owl Centre is seeking a Clinical Governance Assurance Lead to drive governance, safeguarding and assurance across the organisation. You will work with the Governance Manager, clinical leadership and senior teams to provide practical support, risk identification and learning from incidents.

Qualificações

• Knowledge or experience in clinical governance, safeguarding, risk or healthcare.
• Experience applying governance and assurance principles for oversight, reporting and improvement.
• Experience with safeguarding, risk, incidents, complaints or client safety in health or care services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead governance and assurance activities across The Owl Centre with practical advice and support.
• Coordinate incident review, escalation and learning to ensure Duty of Candour and improvements.
• Prepare governance data and assurance reports to support PSIRF-aligned learning.
• Support day-to-day governance of clinical governance aspects of NEST.
• Develop a document management system and align governance policies with improvement activity.
