Paloma Health in London is seeking a Governance Operations Manager to lead governance, safeguarding and care quality operations. You will support the Registered Manager to develop systems proving care is safe, effective and well-led.

This role oversees the Safeguarding team, collaborates with the Medical Director, and helps maintain a robust policy library and audit program. Hybrid work with a focus on healthcare safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, governance, quality or compliance roles.
• 1+ year of line management experience.
• Proven track record in building or improving governance, quality or risk processes.
• Strong data and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of CQC regulation or equivalent (beneficial).

Responsabilités

• Map, monitor and deliver governance topics to show Paloma is safe, effective and well-led.
• Line manage Safeguarding team with clear objectives and KPIs.
• Support safeguarding with operational processes and multi-agency liaison.
• Drive governance by setting quality priorities and running governance forums.
• Produce monthly quality and safety reports for leadership.
• Maintain risk register with owners, controls and review dates.
• Oversee complaints process and incident management to ensure timely actions.
• Coordinate learning responses and ensure information governance policy updates.
