The Owl Centre Ltd is seeking a Clinical Governance Assurance Lead to oversee governance, safeguarding and assurance across the organisation. You will work with the Governance Manager, clinical leaders and managers to ensure systems are effective, with a focus on learning and improvement.

This permanent full-time hybrid role requires 2 days in the Pontypool Office and 3 days from home, with a salary up to £37,000 per year.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge or experience in clinical governance, assurance and safeguarding within health or care services.
• Experience applying governance principles to oversight, reporting and service improvement.
• Experience in risk management, incidents, complaints or patient safety.

Aufgaben

• Lead governance and assurance activities across The Owl, advising colleagues and leaders.
• Coordinate incident reviews, investigations, escalation and learning, maintaining governance records.
• Prepare and present governance data and assurance reports to support PSIRF-aligned systems.
