Job summary

ScottishPower is seeking a Governance & Reporting Lead in Cambuslang to establish and run a robust enterprise-wide governance and reporting structure. You will lead the standup of frameworks, consolidate reporting across forums, and partner with the Executive Team to ensure proactive visibility of performance and regulatory deliverables.

Qualifications

• Degree in commercial/business or equivalent is required.
• Experience in governance and reporting roles in regulatory or related fields is essential.
• Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, are required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to influence.
• Proficiency with PowerBI and MS Office for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to review integrated data models and feed dashboards with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage governance and reporting framework across SP Transmission.
• Own governance calendar, reporting standards and performance dashboards.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles and regulatory reporting.
• Drive data quality, data models and reporting transparency across projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with key stakeholders and executives.
• Champion continuous improvement and share lessons learned within the Enterprise Performance function.
