Job summary

ScottishPower is seeking a Senior Data & Insights Analyst in Glasgow to join the General Services (GSUK) team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality reporting and dashboards to support Fleet operations and PMO decision-making within a large-scale 10-year investment programme.

You will develop dashboards, work with stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions, and help improve data governance, quality and visibility across systems.

Qualifications

• Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development, data modelling, DAX & Power Query.
• Demonstrable experience delivering reporting, dashboards and analysis for business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex data and convert it into practical insight.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with complex reporting models and datasets.
• Experience of understanding business processes, working across multiple systems or data sources, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain reporting, dashboards and analytical outputs that support Fleet operations and wider PMO decision-making.
• Develop a strong understanding of Fleet operational processes, systems and data flows to identify reporting needs and opportunities.
• Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into data, reporting, automation and process improvement solutions.
• Produce regular and ad hoc insight across Fleet themes such as compliance, utilisation, vehicle performance, orders, deliveries, maintenance, cost, risk and operational exceptions.
• Support mapping and review of Fleet processes and systems to improve consistency and visibility.
