Job summary

ScottishPower is seeking a Governance & Change Manager to lead portfolio governance and change management across the Core Portfolio, including designing and applying governance frameworks and leading PMO activities. The role reports to the Head of Core PMO and may involve travel to UK locations.

Required are 15+ years in large-scale EPC energy projects, a degree in Engineering or related fields, and senior experience with governance, change management and PMO reporting.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in large-scale EPC energy projects.
• Degree in Engineering/Construction/Project Management or equivalent.
• APM/PRINCE2 accreditation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance across the Core Portfolio, ensuring robust frameworks.
• Own Change Management processes and templates across the portfolio.
• Provide governance input to portfolio reporting and data models.
• Collaborate with PMO teams to integrate governance across functions.
• Lead recruitment and development of Baseline & Change Managers.
