ScottishPower HQ in Glasgow seeks a Senior Organisational Capability Consultant to lead strategic talent management, succession and leadership development initiatives across the organisation. You will collaborate with senior leaders, Learning Partners and People & Organisation colleagues to translate priorities into evidence-based solutions.

You will design programmes, drive leadership pipelines and use workforce data to measure impact, strengthening leadership capacity across the business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience of leading organisation-wide talent, leadership or organisational capability initiatives.
• Experience translating business strategy, workforce priorities into measurable capability interventions.
• Experience operating in a complex, regulated or multi-business organisation.
• Strong senior stakeholder partnering and influencing skills.
• Practical experience of talent reviews, succession planning and leadership pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide talent, succession and leadership development projects.
• Partner with business leaders and People & Organisation to translate priorities into interventions.
• Provide expertise through talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development activity.
• Design and manage leadership, talent and career development programmes aligned to business requirements.
• Use data to identify priorities, assess impact and improve approaches.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to embed best practices.
