Job summary

SP Energy Networks, part of the Iberdrola Group, seeks a Governance & Reporting Lead in Cambuslang to establish and manage a robust governance and reporting framework across SP Transmission. You will lead a multidisciplinary PMO and deliver timely, accurate business insights through dashboards and standardized reporting.

You will collaborate with the Executive Team, NP&R and Control, driving data quality, trend analysis, and risk visibility to support strategic delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent in a commercial/business subject such as project management.
• Experience in a governance & reporting role in regulatory capacity or related field.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication, with ability to negotiate/influence.
• Expertise in reporting and data analysis with proficiency in tools such as PowerBI and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the governance and reporting framework across SP Transmission, ensuring clear oversight of business performance.
• Own the governance calendar, reporting standards and key performance dashboards delivering timely, accurate reporting for decision-making.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles and ensure governance processes are consistently applied.
• Support regulatory reporting to provide a complete and transparent view of performance.
• Drive improvements in data quality, data models, reporting accuracy and transparency.
