Job summary

SP Energy Networks, part of the Iberdrola Group, is seeking a Governance & Reporting Lead in Cambuslang to establish and drive the enterprise-wide governance and reporting framework. You will lead a team delivering timely, accurate dashboards and insights for decision making across the organisation.

You will manage regulatory reporting, define requirements, and improve data quality while collaborating with executives, PMO teams and stakeholders across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in commercial/business subject such as project management.
• Prior experience of a governance & reporting role in a regulatory capacity or other related field.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to negotiate/influence.
• Expertise in reporting and data analysis, with proficiency across a variety of applications and platforms (e.g. PowerBI, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the governance and reporting framework across SP Transmission.
• Own the governance calendar, reporting standards and key performance dashboards.
• Define reporting requirements and oversee monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles.
• Lead regulatory reporting to provide a complete, transparent view of performance.
• Drive improvements in data quality and reporting accuracy across the enterprise.
