We are seeking a skilled and motivated Governance Professional to play a key role in supporting the effectiveness of governance across the Trust, ensuring the highest standards of transparency, accountability and compliance. This role reports to the Chair of the Trust and is integral to the smooth and effective operation of the Trust, including its Members, Board of Directors, the Local Governing Body and Local Advisory Board. You will be the first point of contact for governance matters, providing expert advice to Members, Directors and Community Governors, guiding them through their statutory responsibilities, and ensuring that all governance activity meets regulatory and constitutional requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Governance Professional who is organised, diplomatic and confident, ideally with a strong track record of working within a Trust environment. You will need excellent written skills, outstanding attention to detail and the ability to interpret and communicate governance requirements clearly.
