Job summary

Dudley MBC in Dudley is seeking a Panel Coordinator to lead the end-to-end coordination of a weekly multi-agency panel within Children's Services. You will act as the central point of contact for panel members, social work teams, and senior leaders, ensuring documentation, agendas, reports, and action tracking are managed accurately.

The role requires experience coordinating governance or decision-making panels, strong organisational skills, and excellent ICT abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating statutory governance or decision-making panels.
• Proven ability to improve administrative processes and raise performance standards.
• NVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and quality assure a weekly multi-agency panel.
• Manage panel timetables, submissions, agendas, and panel packs.
• Produce and quality assure minutes, actions, and follow-up activity.
• Maintain records, trackers, and workflow systems.
• Liaise with social work teams and stakeholders to resolve information gaps.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Support governance, accountability, and performance standards across Children's Services.
