Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of management, executive and subsidiary meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, collate papers, draft minutes and track approvals/actions.
  • Maintain statutory records and support corporate record management and audits.
  • Update and maintain the group's corporate structure chart.
  • Assist with board packs and compliance requirements.
  • Manage filings for entities, including annual accounts and confirmation statements.
  • Advise stakeholders on approval thresholds and governance processes.
  • Provide ad hoc company secretarial support as required.
