Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Governance & Experience Project Intern for TikTok Shop in London. You will contribute to governance and experience initiatives, gaining exposure to how we protect user trust on a fast-growing e-commerce platform.

This internship is designed for full-time enrolled students and lasts at least 3 months. You\'ll support projects, perform research, assist with data analysis, and collaborate with product, operations, risk, and policy teams to drive impact at scale.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as an undergraduate or master’s student for the entire internship period.
• Strong interest in digital platforms, user experience, or trust & safety.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and derive insights.
• Clear communicator able to summarise findings and collaborate effectively.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support design or rollout of governance processes, policies, or operational improvements.
• Conduct research or benchmarking to inform team decisions.
• Analyse platform data or feedback to identify trends, risks, or opportunities.
• Help document workflows, write summaries, or prepare project materials.
• Collaborate with product, operations, risk, and policy teams.
