Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in Business, E-commerce, Operations or Data Analytics.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with Excel data experience.
• Able to commit to a 12-week, 5-days-per-week internship with at least 20 hours weekly.
• Chinese proficiency required to collaborate with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Experience handling large data sets and coordinating multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and rollout of business policies and product updates.
• Assist go-to-market execution with stakeholder coordination, materials, and training.
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards to track key metrics and trends.
• Analyze data and prepare actionable insights for reviews and decisions.
• Support setup and administration of merchant reward programs with accurate tracking.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to investigate and resolve client issues.
