Job summary

TikTok is seeking an enthusiastic Project Intern to join the Governance & Experience team. You will gain broad exposure to how we govern the TikTok Shop platform and protect user experience across a fast-growing e-commerce business.

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree and available to start immediately for at least 3 months.
Interest in digital platforms, user experience, or trust & safety.
Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and draw insights.
Clear communicator capable of summarising findings and collaborating.
Curious, proactive, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support design or rollout of governance processes, policies, or operational improvements.
Conduct research or benchmarking to inform team decisions.
Analyse platform data or feedback to identify trends, risks, or opportunities.
Help document workflows, write summaries, or prepare project materials.
Collaborate with colleagues across product, operations, risk, and policy teams.
