Job summary

TikTok is seeking a LIVE Operations Project Intern (TikTok Shop) in London for a 2026/2027 start. You will work on market research, merchant onboarding, and coordinating LIVE pilots to grow the TikTok Shop ecosystem.

As an undergraduate intern, you will gain hands-on experience in fast-paced, cross-functional teams, develop practical skills in market analysis, partnerships, and project coordination, and contribute to scalable launch plans.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, E-commerce, or Communications.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with market research, business development, or e-commerce projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on local e-commerce and livestreaming landscapes and summarize findings.
• Map local merchant and partner ecosystem aligned with launch priorities.
• Support business development activities including outreach, pitches, and pipeline tracking.
• Help identify market opportunities from research and stakeholder feedback.
• Assist with merchant onboarding materials and onboarding guides.
• Support planning and execution of LIVE pilots and launch activities.
• Track outreach and performance data and document learnings for future playbooks.
