Job summary

ADS Group is seeking a Compliance and Contracts Manager to join the Legal team in Farnborough, Hampshire, with occasional travel to the London office. The role focuses on governance, compliance and commercial risk management across the Group.

You will draft, review and negotiate contracts, support the compliance framework, and contribute to audits and reporting to leadership. A proactive, organised candidate with strong communication skills will thrive in this varied role.

Responsibilities

• Support development and embedding of the compliance framework across ADS and subsidiaries.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts including supplier, customer, sponsorship and service agreements.
• Assist with GDPR and data protection compliance, audits and assurance activities.
• Report to senior leadership teams and governance committees to support governance and compliance.
