Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust is seeking an administrative support professional to assist the governance and patient safety functions. The role involves handling PALS, complaints and incident records, supporting an NHS governance framework and contributing to service improvements.

Responsibilities include registering queries via Datix, monitoring incidents, supporting learning responses, and aiding audits and compliance activities.

Competenze

• Experience providing governance or patient-safety admin support.
• Familiarity with incident reporting and learning from incidents.

Mansioni

• Support PALS, complaints and patient safety administration to the Patient Experience Lead and Patient Safety Officer.
• Register queries and complaints and maintain records via the Datix system.
• Monitor patient safety incidents and assist with learning responses for the incident panel.
• Support governance transformation through digitisation and improved processes.
• Assist with audits, surveys and compliance activities (FFT, O&A).
• Maintain registers for legal claims, subject access requests, complaints and investigations.
