AO Retail Limited is seeking a Goods In and Goods Out Processing Manager to lead a large operational team across four shifts in a fast-paced environment. You will drive safe, efficient processing of appliances while meeting health & safety, quality, volume and cost targets.
This hands-on leadership role partners with Transport, Engineering and SHEQ to optimise the end-to-end operation, deploying 5S, Kaizen and root cause analysis to deliver continuous improvement and strong KPI performance.
As our Goods In and Goods Out Processing Manager, you'll lead a large operational team working across four shifts. You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement and processing of appliances through the operation, making sure we meet our health and safety, environmental, quality, volume, productivity and cost targets. This is a hands‑on leadership role. You'll spend time in the operation, working closely with your coordinators, supervisors and wider teams to understand what is working, identify where we can improve and turn those improvements into practical action. You'll also work closely with colleagues across Transport, Engineering and SHEQ to make sure the whole operation works effectively together.
