Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year production Go or 2+ years in another modern backend language.
• Solid Go fundamentals: concurrency, error handling and interfaces.
• Microservice and event-driven design experience.
• Built and run at least one production service end to end with monitoring.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Curiosity and ownership.
• A great communicator.
• AI-assisted development with tools like Claude Code and Kiro; able to explain code.
• Pair programming experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes or another container platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build new features in our core language, Golang.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help move the platform forward.
• Support product and delivery teams.
• Learn from senior engineers, and share what you pick up with the team.
