Job summary

Talentmark Limited is recruiting a Training Officer for a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer in Birmingham on a permanent basis. The role focuses on developing and managing the site-wide training programme to keep staff competent and inspection-ready.

You will deliver GMP induction, manage training records, and coordinate regulatory training with QA and department managers. A degree in Life Sciences or related field is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in Training, QA or Quality Systems within GMP-regulated environments.
• Good understanding of GMP, MHRA requirements and QMS.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train employees at all levels and maintain training records.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain site training matrix.
• Deliver GMP induction training to new starters, contractors and visitors.
• Coordinate technical, procedural and behavioural training with managers.
• Maintain audit-ready training records and competency assessments.
• Monitor training compliance and escalate overdue training.
• Support SOP updates with training requirements and deliver metrics.
